CONCEPTUAL DEVELOPMENT (10 points)
1. Problem solving. I visualized the Ancient Greek myths I read and listened
to in class, using the art elements to convey ideas and feelings. I considered
the elements of making a Picture as shown in Molly Bang's slides. I used
a computer program such as PageMaker, or Quark Express to write a shortened
version of the tale to correspond with my illustrations which reflect
the writer's mood and events of the myth and the political background,
knowledge of the times in which it was written. I compiled my pages in
a book format as instructed to make a modified accordion book.
