The University of Maryland invites you to explore the rich interplayof art, religion, politics, science, and history in early modern Tibet and across the broader cultural landscape of the Himalayan region.

Arts workshops, scholarly lectures, research and teaching sessions, field trips to the Freer Gallery of Art and Arthur M. Sackler Gallery in Washington, DC.

  • 3 MSDE Credits or, with fees, 3 graduate credits from the University of Maryland.
  • Teachers of all grade levels and disciplines welcome!
